Keeping a Home Here

What the Gulf Coast asks of a house.

Humidity that never really leaves. Summer storms most afternoons. A hurricane season that runs half the year. Salt air near the water, and irrigation, pools and screened lanais that need steady attention. None of it is dramatic on any given day — it is the months nobody is watching that turn small things into large ones.

  • A humidity reading on every visit, because a closed house in August is a mold risk
  • A written storm plan, agreed before June
  • Water run, fixtures checked and any leak caught early
  • Pool, landscape and irrigation providers coordinated so you do not have to
  • The house ready for you when you come home
