What this website is

This website describes the Haven Free membership and how it works. It is informational. It is not an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract.

Services are provided only under the Haven Free Member Service Agreement. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.

We are not a contractor

Haven Free LLC is not a licensed contractor and does not perform construction, repair or trade work. All construction, repair and licensed trade work described on this website is performed by licensed Florida contractors under their own agreements with the owner. Haven Free does not pay for, warrant or guarantee the cost of any repair.

Visit reports are observations

Visit reports record what was observed and photographed during a visit. They are not home inspections and are not an opinion of a property’s condition. Where a professional opinion is needed, a licensed inspector or trade is engaged.

Scope and availability

Scope, visit rhythm and availability are set by the residence assessment and are subject to change without notice. Service areas and descriptions on this website may change.

Haven Free LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agent for The Oaks Club or any community association.

Intellectual property

Haven Free℠ is a service mark of Haven Free LLC. The content, design and marks on this website belong to Haven Free LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
