Every panel firm is licensed where Florida requires it and carries current insurance. Placement on the panel is earned on the work, and it is never for sale.

Members and clients engage panel firms directly under their own agreements. Haven Free LLC is not a contractor. Some partners also introduce clients to us; when they do, we tell you.

How We Choose Them

  • A current Florida license, checked with the state, wherever the work requires one
  • A current certificate of insurance on file, renewed each year
  • References from homeowners, and a record of work in homes like yours
  • How they treat a house and its owner: on time, tidy, and honest about cost
  • Reviewed after every job we coordinate, and removed from the panel if the standard slips

How Money Flows

We take nothing from the trades.

Haven Free accepts no referral fees, commissions or kickbacks from the contractors we bring into your home. You engage and pay the trade directly, under its own agreement with you, and our coordination appears on your Haven Free statement. Our only pay comes from our members — so when we recommend a firm, it is because we would hire them ourselves.
