Scheduled visits inside and out while you are away — doors, windows and access, air conditioning and humidity, any sign of water, the pool and the grounds — weekly, every other week, or monthly alongside remote sensors you own. Every visit reported with timestamped photographs.
Storm & Season
Hurricane preparation to the plan we agree with you, a check after the weather passes, and the seasonal close-up and arrival readiness — the hundred small settings that make a house ready to leave, or ready for you.
Routine Maintenance
The scheduled care every Florida home needs, on a plan drawn from an assessment of your actual house — air-conditioning and water filters, detector checks, and coordination of your pool, spa, landscape and irrigation providers.
Non-Routine Maintenance
When something breaks, one call. We bring in the right licensed trade, arrange access, confirm the work is finished and report back — with our coordination shown on your monthly statement.
Personal Services
Mail and packages, vehicle starts and battery care, vendor and delivery access, and the errands that keep a closed house running — plus a curated roster of trusted local providers when you want more.
Improvements
Capital projects designed with Oaks Capital Group, built by licensed contractors under your own agreement, and coordinated by Haven Free — scoped properly, done once, and checked with you before anyone calls it finished.

Repairs & Improvements
When you want more than maintenance, we make it effortless.
Haven Free LLC is not a contractor. We do not perform repairs or construction, and we do not pay for or guarantee the cost of any repair. What we do is make the whole thing simple.
Repairs
We find the right licensed trade from our Preferred Partners panel, arrange the visit and the access, confirm the work is finished and report back to you. You engage and pay the trade directly; our coordination is disclosed in advance and appears on your statement.
Improvements
Priced separately, under two agreements: a construction contract between you and a licensed Florida contractor, and a Haven Free coordination agreement for our role on your behalf. Design with Oaks Capital Group where you want it.

The Boundaries
What we do not do.
A trusted partner tells you plainly where the edges are. Being clear about this is part of the service — and it is how you know exactly what you are choosing.
- Home inspections. Visit reports record what we observed and photographed; they are not an opinion of the home’s condition. When something needs a professional view, we bring in a licensed inspector or trade.
- Licensed trade work. Plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, roofing and structural work is always done by a licensed firm under its own agreement with you.
- Alarm installation or monitoring. We receive alerts from sensors you own; we do not install or monitor alarm systems.
- Repair or replacement at our cost. We coordinate; we never cover.
- Rental management. We care for homes their owners live in and come back to. We do not market, let or manage holiday or long-term rentals.
